About SDPS
SDPS was incorporated in the State of Texas on September 6, 1995. It holds non-profit status with both the IRS [IRS Code 501(c)(3)] and the State of Texas. Anyone making a donation to SDPS and paying US taxes can claim this amount as a deduction on their tax return.

SDPS is a professional society with international membership. It has been in continual operation since its founding. We promote science and education as stated in our articles of incorporation:
“The corporation is organized for educational and scientific purposes and shall be dedicated to the study, understanding and use of design and process science for the benefit of all people throughout the world.”
